In the final phase of each emptying project, an analysis is made of the type of waste streams represented by the remaining goods. On this basis, these streams are then brought together and disposed of. Immediately through the appropriate channels for recycling or reuse

For example, we are negotiating with several design agencies for the immediate reuse of residual materials in the design of new designer furniture. For example, metal sheet material from unusable or damaged filing cabinets, unusable desk bases that can be reprocessed into new unique furniture with grinding and welding, etc.

After the main waste streams in office building clearance are removed, only a very low percentage of unrecyclable residual waste remains. 2ECO is committed to always keeping abreast of new methods or technologies that might make recycling or reuse of these last remaining waste streams possible.

The main waste streams

Wood waste Class A

Solid wood, plank wood, e.g. pallets etc. Before shredding and pressing, this wood is first additionally sorted for faults and other residual materials after which it is pressed and reused as board material.

Wood waste Class B

This includes most desktops, formica, particleboard, wood joints with glue, etc. This material is mainly used as fuel for energy generation. Also for pellets and cat pellets.

Metal

Can be recycled up to 100% after sorting. Can be remelted for use as new metal applications.

Glass

Can be recycled back endlessly, even the glass dust is reused and reused in other products such as road markings.
